How to Use

Just install to journal and it should be ready to use. There are some code things you should be aware of:

:bulletgreen:Headers
Use this to make a header
<h1>Header Text Goes Here</h1> and you should start the paragraph on the same line for best effect!

:bulletgreen:Blockquotes
Use this to make blockquotes
<blockquote>
blockquotes look best with a line break in front but not one behind! </blockquote>

And don't forget your basics like
<b>bold!</b>
<i>italics!</i>

:bulletgreen:Commission Info/Footer
You CAN change the commission info box. When you go to your skins, you EDIT this skin, and the last box at the bottom (the footer) has the commission info. Just change the "Commission Info" part all the text under it to whatever you want! Suggestions for alternatives are friends, features, links to your own art, etc. :) Visually here: [link]

:bulletgreen:Header "My Journal" Image
You CAN change the logo at the top if you know how to use photoshop or any program that opens PSD files and saves as 24-bit transparent pngs, feel free to change it yourself! Just download the PSD file HERE: [link]

And look for the layers that say IMAGE MIDDLE (That's the pencil) and TEXT to change the text. You can also adjust the RING if you would like. These already have filters and effects on them so all you have to do is draw!

After you save it as a 24-bit transparent .PNG file, upload it some where and look for this bit of code:

Replace the underlined URL there with your new header URL!

I really like this! ^^ But I'm having a problem... the image I put is repeating itself on the top :( At first, I tried typing "repeat-x" again and nothing happened, then I closed the window and began again. Now, when I put "repeat-x" or "no-repeat", the image just disappears, and I have to make it repeat at least once for the image to show up...

It's only showing a little bit of the bed on the right side... if you don't know what to do, it's okay, but I don't think that should be there xD

Oki so firstly that effect is on purpose, but i understand why you might not like it. It actually cannot repeat on your main page (cause journals only take up half the screen, go see for yourself :) ), and only repeats if you open your browser up to full size on a wide screen monitor just to read journals. You can't fix this in CSS beause if you set it not to repeat, where you see the extra bed would just turn into blank space without any lace or anything which would look even weirder XD.

If you absolutely cannot stand this, you can change the original file to be longer, by duplicating the lace till its longer than your monitor resolution so you don't see it. The other option is to find a picture that doesn't abruptly cut off and use the original CSS setting. The skin simply isn't built to do what i think you want it to do? Sorry

Ohh, ok. Don't worry, I just wasn't getting why setting it not to repeat was making it blank. Now I understand. It's not that bad, actually, I think I'll just leave it like that xD

Since I roleplay here, I'll have two similar journal skins, one for me personally and one for the RP... and I'll make the RP one with a picture that will work.
