A 4x6" print of Princess Celestia and Princess Luna semi-humanized :)~ Going to be selling this at Fanime & Otakon, possibly online if people want it XD

It makes sense to me that the guardian of sun would be dark while the gaurdian of the moon would be pale~ Don't like it? Too bad, racist haters gonna hate.

I honestly think this is the first picture I've seen with Celestia being darker-skinned (I've seen plenty with Luna having darker skin, but not Celestia). I really LIKE it, honestly. That's the way I see it. Luna would most CERTAINLY be paler, given that she guards the night, and Celestia would be darker, given that she guards the day, but most people don't do that. I like that you did, most definitely. :3

I have to say, I love this picture A lot. My only concern is that people usually make Celestia dark skinned because she have been in the sun a lot, but that's not how everyone gets dark skin though. I have it because my ancestry/heritage is Black or African American. It just bugs me when people say that, It also bugs me when people say that they cant be related because of skin color or race, but I'm dark skinned and my younger sister (biological) is way paler then I a, you never guess she was African American.

I agree, i specifically took out the word "tanned" after some one pointed it out. Did you still get that feeling when you saw mine? I don't want to imply she would get lighter away from the sun, just that there is no reason not to make her dark skinned especially knowing she would be in the sun, if all other things were equal (if racism didn't exist, lol) and you were going to be in the sun all day and got to pick your skin color, the best would be darker brown right? I'm glad you like it though.

I understand, but most of the time when I see a darker skinned humanized ponies, like Celestia or Apple Jack, they'll usually say because of the sunlight hitting your skin pigment you'll get darker skin. I just wish it was that people would say that they had darker skin because of their ancestry, like parents or grandparents. Though, I really enjoy this picture because you had courage to even make her darker skin. And just ignore the people who are being racist comments, this picture is amazing!

Yea, i think people confuse the two, or let it blur some how. I think it's the worst when people say twilight should be pale because she's a book worm, which makes no sense if you're dark skinned if you were BORN that way, you aren't going to get any more pale. but whatever, those people are stupid anyway XD, thank you very much!

I have seen a lot of Dark skinned Twilight Sparkle's out there, which looks pretty on her. I can also see Rarity and Rainbow Dash ( which I heard that people been saying that if you're a tomboy you are always pale because of the media. Which I disagree with because I am a tomboy.) being dark skinned too. Actually, I can see anyone of them to be dark skinned. I hate to read but when I do I get into so well, I can't stop! Though, I don't read all that much. Oh and you're welcome.
